For large wind or thermal power generator sets, before maintenance and overhaul work, the main shaft needs to be stopped. Usually, the high-speed shaft brake disc is manually rotated to adjust the main shaft and hub to a certain position before maintenance. This operation of rotating the high-speed shaft brake disc is called "cranking". Torque monitoring is required during cranking, and the cranking time is also long. The traditional cranking system is cumbersome and inconvenient for maintenance and layout.
The BCS servo cranking system series is a cranking system driven by an AC servo torque system with a new generation of digital technology. It is composed of WIVOR's BCS controller, high torque drive shaft, and cranking, supporting manual and automatic cranking. BCS supports cranking starting torque from maximum 500NM to 4000NM. The control system and drive shaft can be disassembled separately. The weight of the control system including the drive shaft is only 10KG-20KG. The turning machinery part including tooling is only 50-60kg. It is suitable for the maintenance of various narrow-station steam turbines and other units.
